Quick Booking Facts
A $200 deposit is required to secure all reservations. The deposit will be refunded if a minimum of a one week notice prior to reservation date is given for cancellation.
The Chef provides everything needed to prepare the dinner, including china, silverware, and table linens. Everything will be prepared in your kitchen from scratch, served, and then cleaned up, leaving no trace.
Once the menu is decided, the Chef will send a detailed invoice that can be paid online. You will have the option to pay before or immediately after the dinner. The Chef can always take credit card payments while he is preparing the dinner.
Prices are determined by the cost of ingredients; time spent sourcing the ingredients, labor in preparation, and sales tax and presented as a per-person charge.
