"Chef Ian came to our vacation house to prepare my birthday dinner. There were 12 adults and 2 children. The meal was fabulous. He prepared sushi as an appetizer as I wanted some of my guests to experience a new and different culinary treat. Oh my goodness! It was a hit. My guests are still talking about the delicious meal. Ian has an outgoing personality. I honestly believe he could fit into any group. He was so patient and interactive with my grandchildren. "Ian recently cooked for a group of 16 women on Cape San Blas. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. We hoped for a nice dinner, but Ian goes way beyond that. The tables were set to perfection with cloths and flowers, he brings his own dishes and silverware, prints a menu for each place setting, and has everything prepped and timed exactly right. Every steak and piece of fish was cooked perfectly. The sauces, dressing, sides and salad were all fantastic. I highly recommend Chef Ian if you are looking for a private chef.
